In our continued pursuit of teaming up with the makers and creators of the world, we recently partnered with Russell Victorioso, the kinetic Executive Chef at LA’s Café Birdie. Victorioso started working in LA restaurants at a young age. By early 2018 Zagat had named him one of LA’s “Under-the-Radar Chefs to Know.” Since then however, with his rise at Café Birdie he’s actually become pretty on-the-radar to those in the peaking LA food scene.

For Café Birdie, Victorioso prepares a blend of California and Mediterranean cuisine, always looking for the next new way to bring his cooking to a higher level. He loves the challenge the community’s progressive style brings to his own dishes and the way it’s always pushing him towards a growth mindset.

Our partnership between this creator and the Patrol feels right because we like what this rising star is up to as he keeps moving, always on in the kitchen.
