Nixon.com Extended Holiday Return Policy
Nixon is offering an extended return policy on all* products purchased from Nixon.com during the holiday season. Purchases made now through December 24, 2025 can be returned to Nixon.com through January 31, 2026.
We hope you’re stoked with your gear but if you need to return something, we’re happy to help. Returns must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after your return is received. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
Faulty Item Repairs
All faulty returns must be accompanied with a service authorisation number. To get a service authorisation number, please contact Nixon Customer Service at 1300 782 757.
