Nixon Co-Founder Andy Laats was recently invited to share time on the TED stage in Vancouver to speak about lessons he learned as a single parent.
Even though this talk isn’t about business at all, we wanted to share this experience with everybody. We think pretty highly of our guy Andy—his character as a leader is only eclipsed by his character as a person. What we've always admired about Andy is how grounded he is in what he believes. His values aren’t just words—they show up in how he treats people, what he stands up for, and the way he carries himself every day.
